General Expectations for School Leaders: 

Thank you for leveraging LeadTeam Partners to help you find your next vetted K12 consultant or coach. We offer these general expectations to support a positive working relationship. Please reach out at any time with an update, questions, or feedback by emailing hello@leadteampartners.com. We will be in touch quickly, and we look forward to building a strong partnership with you and your school community.

• Submitting a project to LeadTeam Partners is free for school leaders, and you can expect to be introduced to vetted K12 consultants and coaches with ease.

• Once LeadTeam introduces you to an external school partner, please keep us updated on your evaluation process. No ghosting, please.

• After making a final decision about your next consulting partner, please submit our School Leader Feedback Form. This is a critical step for us, and we’d appreciate your response shortly after notifying the selected external school partner. 

• If your school expands the initial scope or hires the referred external school partner for a future project within the year, please let LeadTeam Partners know.

• Word of mouth is the best way to support our work. If LeadTeam Partners has been helpful to you, please share your positive experience with friends, colleagues, and on social media. We will also happily feature your school's logo on our website along with a testimonial.
