MoonshotOS asked LeadTeam to help identify and secure workshop locations in two markets, Philadelphia and New Jersey. We approached Heads to share information about the strategic decision-making workshop and secure two locations in the Mid-Atlantic.

Providence Academy (Leesburg, VA)

Providence Academy needed support finding school partners to update their website, photography and videography. We supported the search effort by identifying options, coordinating the proposal process, and eventually helping the leadership team determine which consultants they wanted to hire.

Sparhawk Academy (Millis, MA)

Sparhawk Academy needed last-minute help with their year-end annual fund campaign. We partnered with the Head of School, Michael Schell, to create an impactful campaign consisting of a communication calendar with several email asks, social media posts, website images, and giving page updates. All of this was completed in a quick turnaround of under 10 days.
