Barbara White is an executive, corporate officer, and business operator with nearly 30 years of experience driving organizational growth and transformational change. Inspired by her roots as the daughter of a small business owner, she founded The Avoka Group to help small business leaders build, scale, and transform sustainable organizations.
Beyond leading The Avoka Group, Barbara serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University, an Adjunct Professor and Start-up Mentor at The Johns Hopkins University, and an investor and board member with Citrine Angels. She brings deep expertise in strategy, operations, and business execution to help K12 consultants strengthen their practices and win client engagements.
